Lynell Trees was born in Northern California and moved to Kingman, Arizona, at the age of three and a half. She has over 35 years of experience in the medical field, with the last 12 years focused on pain management. During that time, she witnessed firsthand the stigma faced by people who use drugs a reality she has experienced both personally and through the struggles of close family members and friends. Driven by compassion and lived experience, Lynell is now deeply committed to supporting her community in Mohave County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, earned in 2015, and brings a people-centered approach to her work and volunteerism. Lynell shares her home with her cousin and roommate, who are also her dedicated volunteers, along with a lively household of five cats and two dogs. She finds joy in cooking and loves welcoming others to share a good meal anyone and everyone is always welcome at her table.
