Make meaningful change in our community

When you join the staff at Sonoran Prevention Works, you join a group of harm reductionists who are passionate about creating a world where people who use drugs are respected and loved.

Come as you are

Have lived experience with drug use, incarceration, or sex work? We view that as an asset. Unlike other places that might reject you or make you feel like you have to hide your history, we prioritize hiring people who are already part of the communities that our work is in.

"SPW has been such a positive influence in my life because we are all committed to the harm reduction philosophy, which has helped grow me both as a professional and a human being. I feel that it is respected that everyone brings something unique to the table, whether it be their experience or knowledge, and everyones voice is heard."
