Emily Halling (she/they) has worked in the HIV field since 2016 and is currently the Senior Grants and Contracts Manager at the Southwest Center. Emily has experience leading yearly budget processes, grant applications, and program development. She also must keep track of grant spending trends, program compliance, and quality management projects. She is passionate about health equity throughout underserved communities, especially the LGBTQIA+ and those impacted by drug use. Emily is extremely excited to be part of an incredibly successful organization that enthusiastically provides access to knowledge, tools, and community.
